Board Chair

John Chase, Esq.

John is the managing partner of Montgomery, Amatuzio, Chase, Bell, Jones, a Denver-based civil litigation firm, where he has practiced law since moving to Colorado in 1999. His firm hosts A Little Help’s annual holiday party and he enjoys donating his time and expertise to assist A Little Help’s Board of Directors and its members with their legal needs. John's wife, Christy, a former board member, and daughters, Lucy and Sophia, also actively volunteer their time and energy to support A Little Help’s mission.

Board Vice Chair

Dr. Paul Leon Ramsey

Raised in East Washington Park and Historic Baker, Paul has over 30 years’ experience building organizations and promoting positive social change. He is now the Philanthropy Officer of the UCC Pension Boards. Paul was the first full-time Executive Director of A Little Help, and holds his doctorate from the Iliff School of Theology. He earned his Masters of Divinity from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor’s from Abilene Christian University. Paul previously served as the Chair and then Vice Chair of Denver’s Commission on Aging and on its Advocacy Committee, the Vice Chair of the national Village to Village Network’s Board of Directors and on its Strategic Growth committee, the President of the Baker Historic Neighborhood Association and the former Broadway Merchants’ Association, and as a member of the Colorado Senior Lobby, Generations United, the Lincoln Elementary PTA. Paul is active in his children’s, Grace, Lucy, and Park, activities and is an avid reader, musician (he is the lead singer and songwriter for Leon and the Revival), aging athlete, and Denver sports teams fan. He is also the Pastor Emeritus of Mayflower Congregational Church United Church of Christ in Englewood and his wife, Sarah, is a teacher at Cherry Creek High School.

Board Treasurer

Marcy Greenslit, CMC

Marcy has been instrumental in bringing A Little Help to Berthoud and a great supporter of our work in Northern Colorado. She has been, and will continue to be, a strong voice on our Board as we continue to grow in NoCo.

Marcy has been a fixture in the Berthoud community since she moved there with her family in 2002. Her training and experience have prepared her to lead A Little Help in growth. Marcy holds her bachelor's degrees in zoology and medical technology, as well as a master's degree in Gerontology. With ten years of experience as a medical technician, Marcy gained valuable experience not only in that field, but in uniquely understanding healthcare systems and communications. She has since served in human services, leading programs in nursing homes, assisted living, and hospice facilities. She also served four years as an ombudsman, honing her advocacy skills and passion. Marcy currently works at A Care Management Group, Inc. and formerly as a Geriatric Care Manager with Action Healthcare, advocating and planning care for older adults across the Front Range. This has further honed her understanding of the critical role A Little Help plays in keeping older adults active and engaged, inter- and independent. She is passionate about the role of A Little Help in people's lives, the impact of our mission, and sees no limitations on our continued growth.

Board Secretary

Kat Stewart

Kat is the Vice President of Operations at the St. Charles Town Company and is excited to bring her experience in real estate development and community organizing to A Little Help as our Board Secretary. Kat serves on A Little Help's Executive and Philanthropy Committees.

Bob Brocker

Bob Brocker is a semi-retired railroad executive and management consultant. He spends much of his time advocating for older adults with various nonprofit organizations: A Little Help, Colorado Senior Lobby, Advisory Council on Aging (DRCOG), and the SAPGA (Senior Action Planning Group on Aging) Technology and Innovation Committee. Bob is pleased to rejoin our board after serving as Board Chair from 2011-2014 and as a volunteer since 2010. He now serves on the Planned Giving and Philanthropy Committees.

Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown is the founder of Brown Development Group, a residential building company based in Denver. Started in Boulder in 1994, BDG has grown to sell over $50M in residential homes per year. Stephen brings his background in building a business as an asset to A Little Help’s business strategy and development. Stephen and his wife Laura, a neonatologist at the University of Colorado, and sons Rowan and Nico, have a passion for giving back to the local community and A Little Help is a perfect fit.

Rio Chacon

Rio Chacon is the President of The Rio Team, a direct mortgage lender with The Home Loan Expert and was formerly a Vice President at Alpine Bank. He currently serves on A Little Help's Philanthropy Committee.

Steve Davis

Steve is the President of Coblaco Services, Inc. and brings his business acumen to the board. Steve is a former Treasurer and Executive Committee member and serves on A Little Help's Philanthropy Committee.

Jacob Hoffman

Jacob is a veteran with over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in application architecture and software management. He has a proven track record of implementing cutting-edge technologies, leading large-scale projects, and managing cross-functional teams to develop new product lines, ensuring successful software launches. He actively participates as a member of Fintech Talents of North America and the Financial Data Exchange.

As the manager of Enterprise Applications at Credit Union of Colorado, Jacob leads strategically as an organizational leader in the development, monitoring, and execution of the activities related to the Credit Union of Colorado’s core banking system.

Jacob and his wife Sarah moved to Colorado 4 years ago with their 2 boys Liam and Miles. They enjoy hiking, skiing, and spending time with the family.

Cassie Keller

Cassie is a Registered Nurse, Case Manager. Born and raised in Grand Junction, she and her husband Jon enjoyed living in NYC and Denver before returning to the Grand Valley to raise their two boys. Cassie enjoys jumping in to projects that help improve her community. She serves on the Board for Monument Little League and is a proud supporter of The Giving Club, Mesa County’s premiere women’s networking and philanthropic organization.

Shannon Love, MSW

Shannon Love is a Colorado native and graduate of Metropolitan State University and the University of Denver. After receiving her MSW, Shannon worked primarily with nonprofits and state health care programs serving medically underserved populations. Shannon has two boys and serves on the Philanthropy Committee of A Little Help.

Steven J Medina

Steve is a passionate leader and his career has been centered around growing people, teams, and businesses. He has been with large and small organizations, such as Coors, MillerCoors, Integer, InnovAge, California Lottery, and consulting with the Tenzo Group. Developing strategy, building teams, and scaling programs/opportunities is where Steve has been enjoyed and has excelled.

Most recently, Steve was the VP of Business Development for the country’s largest Program of All-Inclusive Care (PACE) and it sparked mission-driven work supporting seniors in their effort to remain in place for as long as possible. Steve developed scalable solutions to facilitate significant growth and the ability to serve more seniors from 2016 to 2021.

Steve also served on the board of the Colorado Latino Leadership Advocacy & Research Organization (CLLARO) as board secretary.

Steve is a REALTOR® and a Real Estate investor and his wife Linda, is a neonatal nurse practitioner. He lives in Windsor, CO, and has three young adult children that participate in A Little Help Service Saturdays.

Natalie Neaton

Natalie began her employee benefit career at Paychex in 2000, where she advised both large and small businesses on all aspects of their benefits functions, including: payroll, 401Ks, and 401K integrations and benefit plans. She has used those experiences to become a direct benefit resource to businesses. Natalie joined A Little Help initially as a volunteer with her 3 sons and has spent time helping our members get to doctors’ appointments, get groceries, and shovel snow from their sidewalks. She has loved what the organization was bringing to the community and wanted to get involved at a deeper level, so she volunteered to join the board in 2022. Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and coaching soccer.
